ABOUT ME
For several years, my professional background revolved around the federal government. However, my passion for fashion always burned brightly. I have consistently been the go-to person for family, friends, and colleagues seeking style advice. In 2007, I ventured into the fashion industry as a freelance personal stylist, but soon realized the need for further education in this field. Consequently, I enrolled in the Fashion Retail Management program at the Art Institute of Washington. This experience allowed me to refine my skills and gain invaluable insights into the fashion industry. To further enhance my expertise, I pursued additional education at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York and completed the stylist programs at the School of Style.
Since completing my education, I have had the pleasure of working with clients in DC, NY, and LA. My portfolio boasts a wide range of projects, including styling and assisting on agency represented model shoots, magazine spreads, ad campaigns, e-commerce shoots, and various television projects. Additionally, I am proud to be the owner and contributor of my newly established fashion, beauty, and lifestyle blog, According to AB.
